Job Description

- Support Bar Manager in all areas of bar management
- Assist Bar Manager in the control of wage costs in line with budgetary requirements
- Support Bar Manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures concerning recording of stock movements
- Be fully aware and well trained to prepare beverages according to SOP
- Develop a strong knowledge of all company menu items/ products
- Ensure strict adherence to beverages prep hygiene and personal hygiene guidelines at all times
- Daily operations - stock and prepare garnishes for drinks and maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, & other bar supplies.
- To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.
- Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.

Job Requirements

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Friendly, Hard worker, Fast learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English required.
- Good knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol.

Compensation

- Basic salary + AWS
- 5 days working per week (closed on Monday & Tuesday)
- Working hour: 10.30am-3.30pm, 5pm-11pm (varies depending on operational needs)
- 14 days annual leave, increase by 1 day year by year
- Birthday leave 1 day
