- Lead and liaise with internal departments on requests for product compliance approvals for APAC (11 countries).
- Ability to understand and know different technical compliance policies/regulations for each APAC country for all business units under consumer audio
- Coordinates and manages the administration for approval process (submission of approval forms, etc.) for NPIs etc.
- Liaise with the relevant regulatory bodies and various internal teams to follow up on requests for approvals. Ensures timely deliverables of submissions for approval.
- Research country’s regulations to see if approvals products are required.
- Participates in product compliance policy updates and enforcement
- Ensure all products being shipped out to have proper compliance approvals before shipment is allowed.
- Manages in house compliance folder, ensures approval documentation is current and properly maintained
- Provide support on other related administrative duties for the Product team
- Diploma & above in related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in product compliance.
- Strong in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a must.
- Technical knowledge of audio products will be an advantage
