- Daily Collection schedule & Banking
- Updates Cash book
- Prompt Processing of Account Receivable
- Prepare non trade invoices
- Prepared monthly P&L & Bs schedule ( As Per required )
- Bank Reconciliation
- Assist as when credit control required customer information
- Involvement in ad hoc project
- Yearly stock take, audit, and packing files
- Other duties assigned by the Manager
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent studies qualification
- Some relevant experience in AR is an added advantage
- Meticulous and analytical
