Job Description

- Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders & warehouse for shipment readiness and delivery schedules
- Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery
- Assist & update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules
- Liaise with warehouse for shipments
- Prepare monthly reports for KPI
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- GCE “N” / "O" Level
- 1 year of customer service experience in logistics/supply chain related field
- Possesses basic shipping and warehousing knowledge
- Good interpersonal skill and customer service oriented
- Able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work at either Pioneer or Tuas office
