Job Description

- Responsible for conducting market research in understanding clients current and upcoming trends and needs and translate to tender write out deliverables.
- Prepare tender proposals in a consistent written flow of language on tender write out, business proposals and presentations.
- Able to understand the dynamics of business requirements and liaise with clients on the provision of services and subcontractors on the outsourcing of services to bridge any gaps on the provision of company contracts or services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Secure new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals.
- Must be an excellent negotiator in tender negotiation.
- Must be capable in tender write out writing skills and presentation.
- Highly motivated and timeline driven.
- Conduct early engagement with targeted customers to understand their touch points, strategize the approach and design solutions before tender launch.
- Identify and build rapport with service partners to ensure good support.
- Experience of working in business development or strategic team is an advantage but not a requirement.

Job Requirements

- Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building or relevant related discipline with 3 years relevant experience from a recognised tertiary institute.
- Business Development experience with good networks and experience in Facilities Management (IFM).
- Preferably to possess tender / bid management knowledge and experience.
- Ability to effectively penetrate new markets.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Decision making, organisational and leadership skills.
- Must be able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently.
- Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
