Job Description

- Responsible for the Office Administrative works as well as take charge of some HR functions of the company
- Oversee the company's administration functions which include leave management/office lease/renovation/facility management/company vehicles/travel arrangement/company event planning and execution
- Assist with job postings as well as collective of resumes
- Assist with hiring process (Job Description/Sourcing /Onboarding preparation)
- Monitor and co-ordinate on Staff Medical Leave/ Claims process
- Follow-up with insurance companies on yearly renewals;
- Assist Staff with the filing of medical claims/ advises etc.
- Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Min 1-2 yrs of Office Management and HR function
- Minimum N or O Level
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Must be able to work independently, driven and take initiatives
- Must be reliable and a strong team player
- Must be meticulous in their work
