ClosedOur client is a casual Italian dining concept, with more 30 stores in Singapore, more than 1000 in our home country of Japan, and about 400 locations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Responsible to purchasing management and product development
- Manage orders and the ordering system
- Liaise with suppliers on stock and ordering matters
- Handle and resolve outlet enquiries on stock and ordering matters
- Review Purchase Orders and invoices, rectify any discrepancy issues promptly
- Facilitate the payment process and work with the relevant parties whenever necessary
- Manage overseas imports, process orders and facilitate the importing process
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain the stock level in the warehouse
- Assist the Manager in reviewing and sourcing for new suppliers and products
- Review and analyze the performance of menu items on a regular basis
- Manage and update the order rate reports on a regular basis
- Support and facilitate the launch of new menu and/or the change of menu from time to time
- Review and revise the kitchen cooking guides whenever necessary
- Visit outlets to review the kitchen operational procedures
- Undergo training at the outlet kitchen to familiarize with the kitchen operations
- Provide ideas of new menu items and assist the Manager in introducing new menu items
- Education Qualification with at least Polytechnic and above
- No experience is welcomed
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Willing to work at the outlet kitchen for training purpose (at least once a week)
- Have a great interest in purchasing, menu and product development
- 5 Working days (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm)
