- Responsible for delivery efficiency of Bulk gas
- Achieve customer demand fulfilment and delivery on time
- Bulk delivery planning & backup CEP delivery planning
- Scheduling of bulk gases delivery – daily
- Conduct Tool Box meeting – daily
- Verifying delivered quantity in LMS against driver record sheet - daily
- Full compliances of legalize requirements (NEA / SCDF /MOM/LTA)
- Coordinating vehicle for servicing – as per schedule
- Updating of delivery commission
- Arrange tanker for maintenance and driver for refresher training as per schedule
- Replenishment of diesel Exhaust Fluid for truck
- Backup LNG operation as PIC
- Arrangement of vehicles for LTA inspection
- Verifying vehicle checklist and to inform his superior if driver had reported any faulty item
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- GCE "O' level/ Diploma in Logistics Management
- An understand of Logistics Operations
- Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in gas or chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- With valid class 4 license
