Job Description

- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and be proactive in talent pooling
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Recommend appropriate sourcing & search strategy

Job Requirements

- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, proven experience in Fintech/ Blockchain industries would be an advantage
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills; both internal and external, across all levels & regionally
- High IT literacy & creativity to design & leverage on e-platforms & channels; as well perform data analytics
- Keep abreast with the market on all hiring platforms, tools, outreach strategies, regionally
- A strong command of both written and spoken English is a must and fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking candidates
