- Perform urgent delivery and collection activities in accordance to the delivery schedule planned by superior
- Handling new operation project
- Full compliances of legalize requirements - NEA/SCDF/MOM/LTA
- Coordinating vehicle for servicing – as per schedule
- Provide tire replacement record for leasing truck
- Carry out Astrata inspection for tracking device vehicles
- Carry out customer site inspection
- Conducted trainings and evaluations for new and current drivers (practical)
- Consolidate and update delivery status in system
- Conduct engagement with driver at site – as per schedule
- Update delivery commission incentives
- Verifying vehicle checklist and to inform his superior if driver had reported any faulty item
- Scheduling of gases delivery if required
- Conduct Tool Box meeting if required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
- Minimum secondary education
- An understand of Logistics Operations
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in gas or chemical industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Those with valid class 4 license is an added advantage
