Job Description

- Supporting the sales team in helping the customers understand what they can achieve with the company from a technical perspective.
- Building prototypes and delivery of proof-of-concepts/ technical demo for customers, collaborating with internal engineering team when there is more complex use cases.
- Distil and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
- Be the go-to technical support to the Sales resources within the business when dealing with existing clients and prospects.
- Understand, scope and deliver Solutions (including Statements of Work and RFP) based upon use-cases presented by clients and/or prospects.
- Provide technical training and guidance to sales team and customers

Job Requirements

- Min 2 years of experience in customer success, pre-sales and/or software development.
- Intermediate skills and hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development (RESTful API, PHP, Node.js)
- Experience of writing pre-sales technical documentation, including dataflow diagram and system architecture diagram etc.
- Strong business analytical thinking with a structured and detailed approach to problem-solving
- Intermediate understanding of web technologies, protocols and technical integrations.
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills with the ability to work productively with both technical and non-technical people
- Bonus if familiar with ISO 27001 or equivalent Enterprise SaaS security compliances/ standards
