Job Description

- Provide administrative support to daily operations work
- Administration of Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
- Coordinate with Product Delivery and Operations Admin Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers
- Assist in Vehicle Scheduling (Familiar with Singapore Roads)
- Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software such as Autocad or Gstarcad
- Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings
- Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing
- Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
- Handle office administrative work like scanning of documents, filing
- All other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Possess at least GCE “O” level
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin co-ordination, preferably in kitchen fabricator such as Granite, Marble, Quartz and others
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings
- Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage
- Able to work for 5.5days, Working hours: 7.30am - 4pm (Mon - Fri) & 7.30am to 11.30am (Saturday)
