- Provide level 1 IT support to 40 users
- Liaise with external vendors on IT maintenance, upgrade, repairs, security etc.
- Purchase of IT hardware & software
- Installation & updating of software
- Maintain proper documentation of IT
- Assist in office administrative (non-IT) tasks
- Perform any other IT & administrative tasks as assigned
- Minimum NTC, Diploma or degree in IT with relevant experience
- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm
