Job Description

- PO Team:
- 1. To receive sales order list and determine which order to be issued to factory for production according to inventory status.
- 2. To issue parts requirement sheets to confirm which parts is needed to assembly subcontractors for their production.
- 3. Upon receiving parts requirement sheet from assembly subcontractors, piece parts order will be issued to parts makers depend on the needs of parts by assembly subcontractors.
- 4. To place order for internal department
- 5. Price registration.
- GR Team:
- 1. To proceed GR following invoice for Assembly subcontractors
- 2. To check the Acceptance Check list with the invoice.
- 3. To check invoice
- 4. To issue Goods movement form
- 5. To issue parts provision list
- 6. To ensure inventory by SAP data and actual result and other adhoc-duty related inventory control
- Other:
- 1. Filling/ saving related documents in good order
- 2. Preparing necessary documents for external/internal audit
- 3. Reports all irregular issues and problems to production Planning Assistant Manager/Manager
- 4. Reports to Production Planning Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

- Minimum GCE O Level
- Organised, meticulous and multitasker
- Min 3 year of experience in inventory control with Electronic Industry
- Basic understanding of goods receiving, sales, purchase, quotation and inventory procedures
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet. Knowledge on SAP is preferred
