About Company

Our Client is a local setup that is dealing in automotive parts and spare-parts and accessories, they are centrally located and accessible by public transport (MRT/Bus)

Job Description

- Prepare stock list for warehouse staff to stock take and sort the goods by customers.
- Issuance of invoices to customers accurately and on a timely basis.
- Attend to customers' queries on billings and back-orders status.
- Ensure that all required documents are complete and filed.
- Manage operations co-ordination with external and internal parties.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous and attentive to details at work.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

- Minimally "N" or "O" Level
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in sales support/coordination
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate well with Chinese speaking associates.
- Meticulous and attentive to details at work.
- Experience working in local SME is preferred

Compensation

- Variable bonus
- Working hour : Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6.15pm
