- Preparing and brewing for all types of coffees and beverages
- Preparation of the grinder and espresso machine on a daily basis
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures to ensure and maintain consistency and quality
- Constantly learning and improving on brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques to improve quality of company products
- Ensure proper housekeeping and proper maintenance of all equipment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Head Barista and job duties include:
- Train and guide new staff on product knowledge, execution and customer service
- Ordering and monitoring of inventory stock
- Planning of beverages’ menu based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and reputation
- Candidates with Barista skills is a must (Able to use manual coffee machine, do latte art)
- Strong passion with a keen interest to work in a café environment
- Committed in achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Head Barista role
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of coffee and related products
- Able to handle and operate all coffee related equipment and machines
- Able to come out with ideas for new beverage menu and create them in such a manner that it will be well received
- Working Location: East
- 6 days work wee, 8.5 hours per day
