Apart from its marketing and sales activities locally, the company also performs vital functions to support the Group’s global operations, such as the procurement of flexible packaging materials, chemicals and raw materials, the provision of logistic solutions, and developing new businesses in the region.

Job Description

- Manage & lead the domestic sales teams
- Develop & enhance the corporate & product brand reliability
- Report to Director (CMO)
- 1. Sales: -
- Provide leadership, direction & strategies to meet sales & profit targets
- Set objectives & action plans for direct sales & distributors’ sales effort. Map out strategies for achieving them to achieve annual sales target.
- Perform products management to enhance product mix
- Evaluate & formulate pricing policy
- Manage & control each product PL
- Ensure periodical review on debtors' ageing are under control
- Perform competitive analysis with the team to develop sales proposals & responses to market situation
- Evaluate & increase market-share of brand in the targeted market base
- Ensure legal compliance to competitive laws
- 2. Marketing
- Conceptualize, develop, propose & manage annual marketing plans/strategies & budget for domestic consumers business
- Gather & evaluate market information, monitor products development & product line forecasting
- Formulate & monitor the implementation of marketing activities - promotion & advertising strategies
- Identify business opportunities
- Enhance & stabilize brand name awareness
- Negotiation business T&C
- 3. Customer Service
- Set up the administrative, sales structure & procedures for customer service & sales support
- Ensure all consumers feedback are professionally managed
- Manage customers’ claims & establish excellence relationship with customers
- 4. Inventory Control & Distribution networks
- 5. Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

- At least Bachelor degree or higher in relevant discipline
- At least 7-8 years of related working experience in sales and marketing and 5 years experience in managerial role, preferably in Food Products industry
- Experience in leading a team and management reporting
- Able to work under fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting department’s sales targets
- Proven track records of successful achievement against attaining department sales target
- Proven ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers both internally and externally
- Experience and knowledge in Trading terms is added advantage.
