Job Description

- Develop Chemical IV growth strategy and necessary action plans through engagement with current & future strategic customers, regional management & key OP CO team members
- Working with Customer stakeholders and Chemical & Energy team at OP CO to meet IV BD & revenue growth targets
- Ensure product alignment with industry requirements and standards
- First line of contact with key Customer stakeholders to manage communications with all supporting business operations
- Liaison with key Customer stakeholders and operations in order to ensure the business meets and exceeds KPI
- Communicate effectively with key Customer stakeholders and Chemical IV team members to ensure contract, appropriate SOP, KPI, account team, escalation processes are in place
- Update and use of CRM to share information and drive successful opportunity progress across the Chemical IV
- Identify and implement IV training programme to equip key staff to meet industry & customer requirements, especially with regard to minimum legal requirements
- Engage with Customer stakeholders to identify further logistics opportunities and develop solutions to meet Customer requirement, e.g. ISO tank & flexibag handling, DG cargo storage & transportation, specific Customs requirements, etc.
- Engage with other internal Logistics organizations handling Customer / similar IV customers to exchange market knowledge, best practice, benchmarking reference

Job Requirements

- At least 5 years of hands on experience in Chemical IV logistics operations and familiarity of a wide range of services, e.g. DG cargo handling, transport, forwarding, warehouse, Customs management, ocean freight, etc.
- DG cargo handling certified and an in depth understanding of chemical products legal requirements across the region
- Network of contacts and references from international chemical customers
- Regional network experience, including understanding of requirements and environment and team member co-ordination skills at each country
- Matured, with logistics business focus with a proven track record of securing and implementing two major full cycle projects with a customer
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of a 2nd or 3rd language will be an advantage.
- High standard of PowerPoint, Excel
- Travelling is required for this position
- Cross functional experience in business processes

Compensation

- Fixed monthly transport allowance (Vehicle)
