Job Description

- Working at Japanese Fine-Dining concept Yakiniku restaurant
- Managing Restaurant's operation cooperating with Manager
- Supervising service staffs to provide finest quality of service
- Managing and maintaining VIP guests
- Managing stock and order placement
- Maintaining Wine & Sake list
- Planning promo
- Maintaining the highest standards of service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Opportunity to learn knowledge of Japanese Wagyu beef
- Opportunity to learn high quality Japanese style customer service

Job Requirements

- Passionate and team-working character
- Non-selfish and willing-to-learn attitude
- 3+ years experience in relevant work
- Experience of working in hotels, high-end restaurants or Japanese restaurants is advantageous. *but not mandatory
- Able to communicate in English
