Job Description

- Coordinate daily operations & logistics support as well as assisting and support sales personnel on customer orders/enquiries
- Process Sales Order & generate Invoice
- Process Purchase Order
- Prepare shipping document (Except B/L or any other documents from shipping company)
- Correspond with customer and update on order status/shipping arrangement
- Liaise with supplier on order fulfillment & shipping arrangement
- Liaise with warehouse for daily delivery arrangement
- Any other new assignment within logistics department from time to time

Job Requirements

- GCE"O"/Diploma level and above, with 2-3 years relevant experience in shipping and logistics support is preferable
- Good oral and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-tasks
- Candidate able to commence at short notice will be favored
