- Provide network support and server equipment support (Eg: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory)
- Configuration of network infrastructure (Eg: Cisco, wireless or LAN connection, telephone service)
- Windows OS, database (SQL), internet proxy, and Remote Desktop Services (Eg: Teams/Sharepoint).
- Support system troubleshooting and security (Eg: laptops/ servers)
- Min 1 year of experience in providing network & system support & troubleshooting
- Min Diploma in IT/Computer Science or any relevant qualification
- Possess basic knowledge of Sharepoint and MS Teams
