Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.
- Understand & gather client requirements for IT related solutions
- Provide expert technical consultation support for System solutions (Server hardware, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Microsoft) & Cloud solution (AWS, Azure)
- Provide architecture design for system solutions & cloud solutions
- Prepare solution proposal write up, bill of materials and project effort sizing
- Conduct technical presentation & clarification
- Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineer, Math or related field or equivalent experience
- Possess at least 3 years system consultation experience
- Possess at least 1 year cloud consultation experience
- Must be effective working both independently and in a team
- Excellent presentation & communication skills to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV or Veeam) is preferred
- Good technical understand of AWS or Azure (Certification preferred) is preferred
- CCNA/CCNP certified
