ClosedOur client is an Organizational Development Consultancy firm with operations in Singapore, Thailand and Japan. They offer three main services: HR evaluation and compensation system design consulting, corporate training and HR tech services.
- Marketing HR services to potential clients and following up new business opportunities in HR
- Planning, preparing and making presentations to clients
- Maintaining a good working relationship with new and existing clients
- Communicating HR products developments to prospective clients
- Handling client’s inquiries and requests
- Working together with clients to develop customized HR solutions and programs to maximize operations
- Working as a trainer to provide leadership/management training to (employees from) client companies
- Managing paperwork when needed (writing reports, review contracts, training materials etc.)
- At least 3 years of business development experience in HR solution line (human talent development /organizational development) is required
- Basic Japanese skills are required, so as to liaise Japanese speaking clients
- Trainer experience is not a must, but an advantage
- Passionate about networking and public speaking
- Good business sense
- Good communication skills
