ClosedOur client is local general contractors in building construction including major upgrading works.
- Coordinate and management of all M&E works
- Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
- Any other duties assigned
- Diploma in M&E Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably 5 years of M&E engineering experience in A&A / M&E Projects
