Job Description

- About the Role
-- This position is part of our Finance team and a key member to provide expert advice on entity management with respect to audit, tax and company secretarial documentation purposes in our Asia Pacific countries. This role will also manage our internal audit process in the region. He or she will assist in month end procedure as well as the new pricing model in Australia. In additional to the above, this role will also be expected to perform analysis to support our budget, forecast & our monthly SNOP submission.
- Your Team
-- In this role, you will report directly to the Finance & Controlling Director.
- What You Will Do
-- Support and manage stakeholders for internal audit process
-- Co- manage local tax and audit statutory requirement for our business in APAC, with focus in Australia as well as Singapore, Indonesia & Philippines
-- Manage tax related payment & journal postings for Australian entity
-- Oversee retailers rebate from distributors & retailers in Australia
-- Oversee, coordinate & verify claim back by distributor for e-commerce biz in Australia
-- Work with S&OP / Demand planning team to provide financial advisory
-- Support the construction of budget & forecast preparation
-- Co-manage & support Fin 21 system for profitability analysis and forecasting and monthly CO-PA closing
-- Work closely with team members to improve monthly forecast process, business reviews & ops preparations

Job Requirements

- What You Need
-- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Business Administrative or related field.
-- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must.
-- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or related field, with prior experience in internal/external audit and handling corporate tax issues for APAC countries.
-- Proficient in SAP & BPC.
- What is Nice to Have
-- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.
-- Good understanding and knowledge of Australia tax and statutory requirements
-- Some understanding on demand planning and supply chain
-- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results.
-- Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
-- Excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
-- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess excellent business acumen;
-- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility to get the job done.
