ClosedOur client incorporated in Singapore back in 1999, that positioned themselves as a Mechanical and Electrical Integrated Specialist that providing M & E Engineering Services and Facilities Maintenance, for residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, upgrading and other infrastructure development projects.
- Assisting the Engineer and Building Manager in all aspects of Building Deflects and breakdown
- Liaise with Term Contractor om any major breakdown
- Maintain good relationship with customers, tenants, and term contractors
- Attend to all facilities service work orders, building work and installation as well as to coordinate with contractors on repair works
- Responsible for regular monitoring of all building facilities and equipment like plumbing, electrical systems, air-con, pumps, compressors, chiller, AHU, fire & safety equipment etc. to ensure operational readiness
- Perform in-house serving of cooling towers, AHU's, FCU's, FFU's, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers and other HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair any minor defects
- Must be prepared for stand-by duty after work for emergency breakdown
- Other duties as and when assign by immediate superior.
- Recognized ITC/NTC in Engineering, Built Environment or Facilities Management related field
- Hands-on experience in building technician work in construction industry
- Preferably completed relevant safety course
- Able to start work immediately or when short notice in added advantage
- OT allowance
