ClosedOur client is a Japanese trading company specializing in food. They have been bringing food from throughout the world to Japan for nearly a century now, and their business has been expanding.
- Perform accurate and on-time delivery to the Customers by freezer truck (Driver)
- Collect payment from customers and ensure accurate recording (Driver)
- Warehouse work such as unloading goods from containers, sorting, replenishment, pick and pack, loading goods to trucks, keeping maintenance records according to the regulation, including working in freezer warehouse at -18 degrees and using stacker/reach truck (Warehouse)
- Any additional duties to ensure efficient delivery of orders and maintenance of warehouse (Warehouse)
- At least one year of working experience as delivery driver (10ft or 14ft truck) or warehouse officer
- Experience in operating stacker/reach truck (forklift license is not necessary)
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit to carry loads up to 25kg
- Able to work in freezer warehouse (-18 degrees)
- Able to work on Saturdays and flexible with over time
- Able to handle frozen pork in sealed packages (gloves provided)
- Candidate with immediate availability will be an advantage
- Transport allowance $100 (up to $250 if coming by own vehicle)
- Overtime payment: according to MOM standard
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm, Wednesday – 7am – 4pm, and Saturday (Weekly Rotating Shift) - 8am to 12pm
- Mobile Allowance $40 to communicate during working hours
- Monthly Incentive Program #1: up to $150 for departing within target time
- Monthly Incentive Program #2: up to $100 for non MC & unpaid leave
- Yearly variable bonus depending on performance
- Annual performance review for increment
