Closed- Verify Sales/ Purchase invoice, contract and relevant data information.
- Be responsible for inter-company reconciliation
- Prepare Company level full set financial reporting.
- Prepare Management Report according to Requirement.
- Prepare monthly report in Jiu Qi System and submit to China HQ.
- Adhoc duties when required.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- At least 3 years’ related experience.
- Knowledge in SAP system and Chinese reporting systems is preferred (e.g. Jiuqi)
- Good communication skills, especially mandarin reading and writing to liaise with China HQ.
- OT are required during monthly closing period.
