Job Description

- Prepare all drinks and beverages in accordance to standard recipes and to the standards established by the restaurant
- Maintain orderly, clean and hygienic bar service area
- Ensure stocks are ordered and installed before each service period
- Record drink orders accurately into register system
- Able to assist in other areas of bar needs in the restaurant
- Creating effective par stocks, keeping a proper inventory system and managing bar service area in proper
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

- Preferably 2 years of bar experience
- Able to work standing and walking throughout the working hour
- Working knowledge of bar equipment
- Physically fit, able to carry heavy stocks for bar usage
