ClosedOur Client provides Interior Design and Project Management Services to organizations. They have successfully completed several projects such as Commercial Offices, F&B and Retail Shops. Presently they are sited in a prime location with facilities such as swimming pool, gym and etc,.
- Plans, designs, drafts and manages the project process for mid-to-large scale projects
- Produces design documents from concept through construction documentation
- Designs Commercial Offices, F&B, Retail Shop etc. (Designing Construction Drawing & Detailed Shop Drawing)
- Guides direct and develops junior staff through senior management
- Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties
- Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations
- Serves as a strong contributor during client meetings and presentations
- Understands and manages the financial impact of design on assigned projects
- 3-5 years of interior design and/or interior architecture experience
- Professional registration preferred
- Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
- Maintains effective communication with project team members
- Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suites, InDesign and Photoshop
- Hand drawn presentation skills highly desired
