Job Description

- To conduct the following activities to ensure that the necessary check and balance are in place to monitor that the RC adhere to the Marine Shipyard Scheme terms and condition
- To conduct a periodic documentation audit of the proof of payments of workers, CPF contribution, levies and dormitory
- To conduct daily monitoring of workers whereabouts, to check if they are not cross deployed to other shipyards
- To assist in checking through documents submitted by Sub-Cons prior to contractor attending safety induction course
- To assist maintaining and updating of Sub-Contractor’s documents submitted for safety induction eg, Letter of indemnity, Letter of Undertaking, insurances etc
- To assist in verifying back charges issued by Store, Maintenance, Production, Safety & Security to sub-cons and submits to Finance department for billing of sub-cons accordingly
- To support Sub-Contracting Admin Executive as and when required:
- Processing and updating approval process of Works Order
- Preparing the minutes of meeting for internal meetings when required
- Providing general administrative support to Sub-Contracting Department
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri: : 0800 – 1730 hours

Job Requirements

- To be able to work overtime including weekends whenever required due to urgency of work
- To be able to interact with a multi-racial team of personnel
- To be able to exude professionalism and good work attitude to both internal and external parties concerned
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
