Job Description

- Conduct business sourcing for new clientele
- Attend to existing customer needs and client inquiries
- To prepare the quotation and sales performance report
- Provide quality sales/ after-sales service in order to manage client relationships
- To participate in site meeting/project meeting and work with project manager/subcontractor to ensure the operation is executed properly
- Monitor job progress (i.e. Revenue & Cost) and report to management
- Follow up with collection
- To participate in marketing and/ or new business development activities as assigned by the Sales Manager

Job Requirements

- At least Diploma/Degree in any related course
- Preferably with 3 years’ experience in sales experience
- Ideally someone who is familiar with Interior Design/ Renovation Business
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese to liaise with existing Japanese speaking clients.
- Resourceful and good presentation/ selling skill
- A team player & able to meet deadlines
