Job Description

- Cooking and decorating food following Head Chef / Sous Chef’s instruction
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipments within the kitchen area
- Manage food/ingredients order placement and delivery following Head Chef / Sous Chef’s instruction
- Preparing and managing charcoal
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements

- High responsibility and passion towards F&B business.
- Good communication skills and team-working attitude
- Experience in Japanese restaurants is advantageous
