The business has continually expanded from a "general real estate company” to a well rounded which is able to handle a wide range of operations within the corporate group, including the procurement of commercial-use land, planning and development of apartment buildings, and leasing, as well as property management, sales, and holdings.

Job Description

- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Assist with data entry
- Responsible for general office administrative duties
- Answering in-coming calls
- Organize and schedule meeting appointments
- Provide general support to visitors
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
- On job training provided

Job Requirements

- Prefer a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent
- Min 1 year of admin experience required; Someone who is specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent are also welcome to apply
- Good communication & writing skills to liaise with bilingual speaking colleagues (Business level English & Conversational Japanese, minimum JLPT N3)
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Eager to learn, able to learn fast and great sense in responsibility
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Compensation

- 5days work week, 9am - 5.50pm
- Basic Salary + AWS
- 14days Annual Leave
- Medical claims up to $500
