- Maintaining full sets of accounts
- ACRA filings for ECI & submissions on Annual Return
- Prepare cash flow forecast
- CPF & Quarterly GST submission with accuracy
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables, payable and follow up on all outstanding debts
- Prepare projected cash flow for management to make decisions on funds transfer
- Generate debtors report and statement of account for management reviewing
- Prepare monthly cheque payment and ensure documents input into system accurately
- Perform & liaise with bank, audting firm and consulting firm
- To perform settlement of staff’s expense claim
- To manage petty cash
- Maintain confidential files
- Additional adhoc tasks as required
- Strong finance and business based analytical skills
- More than 5 years' of Accountant experience
- Bonus (1month to 5month/annum depends on company and personal performance)
