About Company

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

- Reports to the Administration Manager.
- Checking expenses and reimbursement
- Handling medical and dental claims
- Check monthly attendance and overtime sheet
- Assisting distribution of pays lip
- Bonus preparation
- Annual increment preparation and confirmation letters
- Arranging for staff medical screening
- Arranging and keeping record of security card
- Assisting Admin Manager in all Company functions (D&D etc)
- Maintaining and arranging Company uniform and Supervising a cleaner
- IT support
- Any Ad-hoc duties as requested

Job Requirements

- Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
- Pleasant disposition
- People skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
- No experience is required
