- Assisting with the maintenance of AR/AP accounts & rental records
- Assisting with creation of invoices & receipts
- Assisting with daily GIRO collections of hirers
- Assisting with preparation of weekly aging and monthly bank reconciliations
- Assisting with quarterly GST submission and monthly closing
- Assisting with general office administration and data entry
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Able to multi-task, and is meticulous and careful
- Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software is a plus
- Able to work 5.5 days work week
