- Provide technical leadership to customer on the solution as configured to the customer’s requirements
- Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Function as the business subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location
- Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements
- Document all customer-specific configurations
- Install company's configuration on the customer’s hardware; includes installation of software in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery
- 7 to 10+ years of Professional Services Experience in IT software company; preferably in RPA related software
- Excellent communication skill
- Fluent in Japanese and English (Business) to liaise with Japanese customers
- Prior experiences in managing clients' expectations and product specifications
- Possess IT software technical skillset
