Job Description

- Lead organizational design activities and work closely with other HR team on strategic initiatives
- Analyze, plan, develop, implement and execute policies and activities towards achieving company and department goals and objectives
- Proactively lead to improving and restructuring current work process (including outsource) and enhance more strategic function team
- The person shall implement, communicate, interact, enforce and giving advises regarding company policies, employee benefits, HR initiatives with all levels of management, across ASEAN offices/ subsidiaries other HR teams and employees
- The person shall make good relationship and well collaborate with HQ HR Div. (HR Support Center) for smooth implementation of each team’s jobs/tasks
- The person shall have a responsibility for proceeding and operating of HR related matters such as work pass, onboarding process, payroll, income tax filing and benefit from transferring to Singapore until going back to Japan
- Any other task as and when required by the department

Job Requirements

- Business level English language ability in writing, listening and speaking
- IT Literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- At least 3 years (Executive) HR experience
