- To review accuracy of subsidiary accounts and reporting
- To liaise with overseas subsidiaries on group accounting matters
- 3To perform intercompany reconciliation and monitor subsidiaries’ intercompany balances
- To administer Head Office allocation
- To prepare monthly group consolidation
- To prepare quarterly head office reporting package
- Assist Finance Manager/ Group Accountant in coordination and implementation of any ad-hoc projects
- Assist in the review and improvements of business processes
- Assist in the analysis and research on potential business mergers and acquisitions
- Assist in audit and preparation of entity and group level statutory accounts
