Job Description

- Prepare invoice
- Journalise vendor invoices and bank charges
- Prepare and maintain fixed assets register, and journalise monthly depreciation
- Prepare payments (cheque / TT / petty cash)
- Perform reconciliations
- Administrator of computers
- Mailing & courier arrangement
- BCA / Bizsafe and ISO administrator (fire drill)
- Filing maintenance
- Assist in preparation of audit
- Project / marine insurance matters
- Weekly and monthly TAR / renovation deposit reporting & when available follow up payment
- Assist in credit administration function
- Banking matters
- Maintain telephone list & manage telephone call
- Customer & vendor registration administration
- Upkeep of office (stationery & pantry), name card printing, hamper, disseminate building/vendor notice/door access admin, mobile phone
- Support project manager - filing work only
- Key management
- Ad-hoc matters (ie statistical returns)

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Accounting/LCCI Higher.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Those with AR and AP experience preferred
