It isn't just a typical facial salon, it is actually a subsidiary of the reputable Japanese cosmetic company, a brand specializing in using Amber and Clay in its beauty products.
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- In charge of accounts and financial related activities
- Conduct performance review and create reports for different stakeholders
- At least 2 years of Business Management experience, preferably from manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to speak fluent Japanese, so as to liaise with counterparts in Japan
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
