- Social Media
- 1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- 2. Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- 3. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Analytic Tools/Website
- 1. Manage and maintain the organisation’s website(s)
- 2. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- 3. Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- 4. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- 5. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- CRM
- 1. Manage Mailchimp and execute CRM campaign as planned
- Copywriting/Designing
- 1. Skills and experience in creative content writing for Social Media and Email Marketing
- 2. Basic knowledge with designing software (Abode Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Others
- 1. Attend product launches and networking events
- 2. Location: Orchard
- 3. Standard office hour, subject to project requirement
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or higher in marketing or relevant field
- At least 1 year experience preferably in beauty industry
