Closed- To manage HR issues between Singapore HQ, Overseas subsidiaries in ASEAN region and HQ in Japan
- To handle a whole HR matters and issues such as recruiting, training, compensation& benefit, evaluation, salary system and staff allocation in ASEAN region
- To execute “KAIZEN plan” or new implementation and tackle with all matters related HR
- To support all other HR department members to improve their skills and knowledge across ASEAN region
- To support other senior management and/or board members from Japan
- Business Level Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterpart.
- More than 10 years’ experience in HR
- Frequency on overseas business trip
- IT Literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Careful attention in detail and Tight-lipped person
- Bonus (depends on the company and the individual performance, average 1.0month -2.0month/annum)
- AWS (1.0month/annum)
