Job Description

- Reporting Structure:
- Assistant Branch Manager
- Responsibilities:
- Possess good product knowledge
- Possess basic knowledge on bakery arts, outlet flow and all production workstations
- Able to setup and perform topping without supervision
- Able to perform quality control and reject inferior products
- Able to dispense and display products in an organized manner
- Completed WSQ Basic Food Hygiene, orientation, basic kitchen training, and topping training.

Job Requirements

- Candidates without experience will be considered for Trainee Baker position
- Minimum Secondary education
- Keen to learn and show great passion in bakery
