Their Singapore branch specialises in customising tours to Japan, as well as the sales of transportation tickets and accommodations.
- Liaising with customers/Japan counterparts/overseas agents for travel arrangement to overseas.
- Liaising with other external parties for necessary arrangements
- Answering phone calls, reply to emails and answer inquiries.
- Checking for new tour biddings on GeBiz heading towards Japan
- Creation of quotation, itinerary and other documentations required
- Assist manager for documentation
- Selling of JR Pass and other attraction tickets available
- Maintaining Facebook and Instragram
- Assist in /Attend events, workshop and others when required
- Planning and executing events and workshop when required
- Other ad-hoc duties where necessary
