Job Description

- meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
- presenting, alongside agency colleagues, the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies
- liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients
- writing client reports
- monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- undertaking administration tasks
- arranging and attending meetings
- making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year’s advertising agency related experience
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- Experience in production houses or Agency production teams, e.g. Hogarth, Redworks, would be an asset. This is to enable familiarity with work processes and protocols
- Must be willing to adapt/embrace stringent work processes/timetables/schedules
- Must be a strong team player – to contribute and support the core account management team in daily execution and operational duties
- Must take accountability in her work and understand her performance influences the team’s performance and Agency’s evaluation from clients
- Must value a high level of craftsmanship and quality of account management (service levels) and creative work
- Must own a high level of initiative to work independently (and provide full support to the core team when necessary)
- Worked on high volume, fast turnaround FMCG (Retail/Supermarket) accounts
- Reports to the senior account executives, account manager, account director
- Spoken Mandarin would be preferred for easy communication with clients
