- Provide IT technical support to end user services for both hardware and software
- Update and maintain IT Asset Inventory List (Managed IT documentations & maintain all IT equipment)
- Improve and maintain IT process and documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
- Participate in cyber defense projects
- Data Centre Management
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Diploma or its equivalent
- Mobile expenses reimbursable
- Transport expenses reimbursable (including mileage claim)
- Bonus
