- Ensure successful commissioning of audio visual systems in accordance to company’s standards and best practices to meet customer requirements
- Designing, Configuring and Commissioning
- Confirm feasibility of design of entire AV systems at commencement of project
- Conduct testing and commissioning of audio visual systems in accordance to SAV’s standards and best practices
- Conduct onsite and offsite staging of AV systems
- Generate testing and commissioning (T&C) checklist for assigned projects
- Configure video conferencing system
- Project Handover and Post-Sales Support
- Conduct end-user training
- Generate project equipment information related to project for Post-Sales support
- Provide technical assistance to Post-Sales
- Familiar with any of the following products: digital signage, video wall, room booking system, Cisco or Polycom video conference systems, wireless display solution, interactive solution
- Basic knowledge of audio (e.g. equalization, dynamics processing) a must
- Experience in professional audio products (e.g. mixer, speaker systems, audio processing) required
- Knowledge of at least one digital audio protocol (e.g. Dante, Cobranet, AVB) a bonus
- Audio cable termination knowledge a bonus
- Basic knowledge of video equipment (e.g. TV, projector) an advantage
- Knowledge and application of computer networking an advantage
