ClosedOur client was established in 1991 which specializes in the manufacture of hybrid microcircuits. Their cutting-edge products range from thick circuits, chip & wire to discrete hybrid microcircuits consisting of active, passive and combination circuitries.
- Support production on test engineering matters, including development, characterization, and implementation of new test equipment, jigs and fixtures, test concepts, methods and programs.
- Develop, optimize and maintain test processes, software programs, test fixtures/jigs and test documentations to improve product test coverage, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop test handling techniques and fixtures, using experimental design and statistical methods; evaluate test failure data to find root cause and implement sound engineering solution.
- Review product test requirements with design engineers to ensure compatibility of test methods with design intent for new products including Design for Testability analysis and feedback.
- Provide training to production staff on new test processes and changes in test-related matters.

- Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with testing tools and software packages to automate test process.
- Knowledge of C++/C# and Visual Basic and/or Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.NET, Visual) programming languages.
- Strong problems solving skills and good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Meticulous, careful with attention to details.
- Proactive, resourceful and hand-on team player with good initiative.
- Good understanding of DFT, statistical analysis, design of experiments and engineering product development cycle is highly advantageous.
- Able to commit from 2pm to 11pm on one Saturday a month.
